All products are made in a home kitchen operating under Connecticut Cottage Food laws. This kitchen is not subject to routine state inspection.

Fresh-to-Order Commitment

Each order is baked fresh in small batches to ensure quality, flavor, and freshness. Because of this, we do not keep inventory on hand.
